HyperFlex has special issue Permanent License Reservation (PLR) software that is only available for air-gapped environments where customers are not able to access the Cisco Smart License servers. If your opportunity requires a PLR, submit an RPQ exception request as follows:

- Complete an HX RPQ form (e-mail csp-approval-ch-hxdp-plr-hold@cisco.com to request it) with a business justification for a Permanent License request.
- Send the completed form to csp-approval-ch-hxdp-plr-hold@cisco.com for review and consideration.
- All orders must be pre-approved and documented before PID ordering instructions are provided.
