The SIL 73208MP is an industrial Gigabit PoE+ Managed Layer 2 Switch, crafted for use in harsh environments thanks to its robust industrial design. It is equipped with eight 10/100/1000Base-T ports and two 1000Base-FX SFP slots. The switch features a host of intelligent attributes, including a dual input design, fanless operation, low power consumption, overcurrent protection, and high reliability. It offers a flexible solution for extending Ethernet over distances through fiber daisy chaining, thus removing the need for separate power sources for IP video cameras and wireless access points. It also functions within an extended temperature range, making it ideal for outdoor cabinets and challenging industrial environments. Complying with the IEEE802.3af/at standard, it facilitates Power-over-Ethernet delivery via twisted pair cables. Moreover, the switch incorporates two fiber optic ports with a modular SFP slot that supports any MSA-compliant pluggable 1.25Gbps SFP transceiver.
