This Easy Service Plan pack provides a 3-year Onsite Next Day Repair Service for our Canon imageFORMULA Production Scanners from the date of activation, gaining you the the peace of mind to ensure your business keeps running efficiently with minimal disruptions.
- Note Redemption & Expiry conditions: - This Easy Service Plan pack can only be redeemed to products which are purchased within 90 days prior to the date of Activation. - The Easy Service Plan pack will expire 1 year after the purchase date and any activation of the pack shall no longer be valid and redeemable.

REPAIR OF PRODUCT FAULTS
If at any time during the term of the Easy Service Plan the product develops a fault or fails completely, you can call Our Service Desk. If your query cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, a qualified service engineer will be assigned and will call you to agree a suitable time to visit. A service engineer will arrive at the site indicated by you; between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm local time on the next business day to perform the service.

REMOTE SUPPORT & HELPDESK Your Easy Service Plan provides you with remote support during the listed office hours. The Helpdesk is manned by agents who can provide advice on problems you may be having with your product and may help to prevent a service call if it is possible to remedy the problem remotely.
